A Note from Lance
I slept in this morning and made up for Mars being Retrograde in my 12th house – I’ve had low energy the last two weeks. Finishing up the Datebook wore me out, too. It’s in production at the print shop now (will ship around Dec 17) and came out to exactly eight dense pages of dates, definitions and all the low down on 2008. There’s a continuation of earth signs in power up ahead. Already we see what Saturn in an earth sign (entered Virgo Sept 2) can do: Let’s get real about loans and money. On Dec 18, Jupiter will enter earth sign Capricorn which might help a small group of pilgrims. But will tend to favor conservative and constricting policies over the next year. Look ahead: Pluto enters Capricorn on Jan 25, 2008. And within five months we will have seen three heavyweight planets leave inspirational/gambler fire signs and enter realistic and conservative earth signs. This is an extremely rare situation because Pluto is involved. The last time Pluto was in Capricorn was 1760-1780. When the United States was born. Some kind of revolution is ahead and a rapid changing of the guard. Worldwide. We’ll know more by next Spring. Meanwhile, keep it simple and conservative.We were clucking last night about all this out on the patio while I was searching for Taurus the Bull in the evening sky. He shows up in the Winter time around here and cruises right over my back yard – lovely. Leslie and I are snuggled in and so thankful for our quiet lives on Moonlake Ridge Dr. Six poinsettas startle you with a pure red intention against white walls and carpet as you walk into our living room. It’s simple and inspiring without using electricity. Saving it for other purposes: Leslie, of course, wants more power tools for Christmas. This is why you need to see someone’s entire birth chart. She is a Cancer and gets up with the chickens and makes our house a home. But she has a Moon in Aquarius and Mars in Gemini, and loves electrical hand tools. Last month they had cordless drills for sale at the grocery store for 20 bucks – she couldn’t resist. I think we have three of them now – I know we have two. We have two blenders. And every electrical kitchen machine you can name. And we are buying a spare coffee pot this month, which is really the most important piece of all. We are twice blessed and thankful for your support and love, too. Leslie and I send you best wishes for the holidays and New Year.

Your writing and presentation are what makes it all fun. Whoa, wow, breath deep—Pluto has been transiting my, mostly Sag,12th house for the better parts of the last 13 years and touched off a flurry of stuff in my life while conjucnting my Sun, Venus, Chiron, and soon Merc & my Acendant, both in Cap; the first 3 in Sag. This has been heavy stuff with this month filled with 12th House issues and feelings. Pluto in Cap will be so interesting and different. I hope to put the healing Pluto energy to use with Cap things. Yes, Mars has given me low energy. I remember your advice. “Mars may delay but he doesn't deny. I really enjoy your articles like the above one. Boys, were you right about playing the slots in Vegas, Dec 11th. I could not lose, tried as I may. I won a $1129 jackpot, and quickly left the casino for the day. It was Rodeo Week in Vegas and Harrah's was a mad house. Now, I am getting ready for my trip to Disney World. I will watch my money very carefully from now on.
