LOOKING AHEAD: August 2007
24 July 07Venus will be Retrograde for all of August. It will be a strange month. (Take your video recorder to the family reunion—be prepared for some new stories.) But it is a good time to find travel bargains. And good deals in flea markets. That’s one of the benefits of Venus Rx is that you can find big-time bargains and deals if you know the marketplace. Rookies and young folks tend to get screwed and pay too much in this Rx cycle as they don’t have a realistic sense of price and value. The powerful Saturn Pluto trine also sneaks up on us in August. Like a nuclear submarine that glides silently underwater, there is a source of power now in the Skywatch that rewards a steady, realistic and focused approach to solving a major long term goal. I can only see the periscope of the sub and can’t give you any more information on where to find this energy in your life. The key is: Things that are authentic to you can improve quickly if you will accept more responsibility and take a step up now and in the weeks ahead. And realize that small victories and hidden advantages can add up to something significant before year’s end—be patient as you wait for results. Caution lights will be flashing for all of us over the Labor Day weekend—don’t make it complicated or dangerous. Times change.
Oh yeah! My birthday is August 15th – sounds like this will be a good month for me to focus and get what I'm wanting out of this lovely, attraction-based Universe…Thanks for the heads-up as always, Lance!

Oooh… good! After some delays waiting what seemed an eternity for back-ordered parts and such (Mercury retrograde, but some use came of the wait—some better parts are now available, and I've got ‘em!) I'm resuming work on the first two amp heads, my first speaker cab should be done in a few weeks, and I should hopefully have pics on my site by then…. :)

Wow I'm glad you posted this, for whatever reason I was thinking it'd be unwise to go shopping much during the Rx period, but I'm REALLY short on clothes and have no choice. Guess I'll just have to watch out for getting ripped off! (And I looove thrift shopping). I also am having my Venus return during the Rx period. :)
