Spring has sprung on the south Texas coast.
12 April 08and you could talk yourself into hanging out, drinking coffee,and cloud watching today, listening to the doves call – the air is sweet and Leslie’s new basket of joy, a double ruffled variegated Petunia, headlines the show of bright Spring faces in the backyard. All the trees are green and out completely. And the bay water temperature is already 75 degrees. The bluebonnets are up although it’s not a great show this year as we haven’t had much rain over the last four months. But there’s no doubt about it: Spring has sprung on the south Texas coast.
But the phone rings and someone wants to know what to expect in the future regarding the economy and investments. Back to my office and let’s run some charts. The Mayan Calendar group think 2012 is a big deal. In astrology, it isn’t – the chart/astrology is mellow. I’m certain they just ran out of paper with the calendar. Actually, the most difficult chart I have seen (and it came from an astrology researcher) appears in August 10, 2010. At this date there will be a mind-blowing six planets locked up in a Cardinal T Square. Pluto will be the trigger planet and be in square to five planets at the same time! Damn. This is not the end of the world, but it means the stress level will be way beyond what is happening right now. Because right now Saturn is trine heavyweight Pluto in the heavens – a kiss. This is like a steel girder keeping the building, our economy, strong and rigid. Things may be bad in 2008, but there is still enough power in our government and system out there to fix it. In 2010, Saturn will square Pluto – a quack, and the girder could fail under the pressure, as conflict and tension escalate. And there may not be enough power in the system to fix it then. Worldwide. What happens on the way to 2010 is up to each of us. The good news is that we have some time this year to prepare before things change and get more difficult. For Americans, Uranus also begins to move into a square with Venus in the chart of the USA in 2010 – he last came to this position in 1929. In fact, this entire six planet T Square will aim directly at Venus in America’s chart with five planets in square to her and Pluto sitting directly across the table. She doesn’t have a chance. How bad it can get is really up in the air and will depend on the election and how matters are handled as things become more difficult in 2009. I am not a doom and gloomer, and I guarantee you we will all walk into 2013 without a scratch saying: What were those Mayans thinking? But I want you to know there are difficult aspects and cycles brewing up ahead that will impact your life in 2010. The stage is already set in America right now. Times have changed….
