This is trouble for impulsive shoppers and the person in the office who falls in love at the drop of a hat. There will lots of new hats and lots of bargains at every turn this month, but with Mercury Rx, you are not likely to find total satisfaction from either. Wait. Date. Window shop. While the Vegas wedding chapels will be busy, so will the divorce courts down the line. Here’s why.
Jupiter conjuncts dreamy Neptune in the heavens on May 27 throwing a cloud of idealism, maybe illusion, over people and events in May and for quite a spell up ahead. Typically this meeting occurs once every 11–13 years and brings a time of optimism, creativity, spiritual awareness, and for some pilgrims a time when their dream comes true. The dark side of this pair induces problems with drugs, booze, oil, poisons, the ocean and escapism. Strange sleep and dreams come with Neptune who usually hangs around Jupiter for just a month or two. So maybe you’ve found a true love, and maybe not. This year, Jupiter stations in the heavens right on top of Neptune and they will stay in this pairing through July and then reform again in December.
This is a very long spell that suggests a time when inflated hopes and dreams really need to be grounded in practical, Virgo efficient steps. There will be a lot of B.S. going around—Jupiter. It will be very easy to pretend things are okay while optimistic Jupiter encourages Neptune to cover the subject with fog, errors and misunderstandings. And in May, Mercury Rx adds an additional layer of confusion to the Skywatch. Save long-range decisions until June.
May Kiss Days: 10, 14+, 19, 21, 26+, 27+. Mars lines up in harmony with both Jupiter and Neptune as they meet in the heavens on these last two + days, good times to plant a seed for the future. Note who calls you those days, too, as good news is in the air.

that’s the sign of you going through a major transit…they last a year or longer…
suggest you get someone to look at your birth chart and your transits…
even Venus Retro is not really that tough…seldom leaves scars…and if I told you when the last Venus Rx was…you wouldn’t remember a thing…
Retrogrades do not direct the course of your life…they only make the service slow on the boat…
— Lance Ferguson May 2, 08:37 AM #greetings from hawaii, i have a question about mercury retrograde. when i was born mercury was retrograde at 23 degrees 52’, in libra-7th. house.also have sun, venus, & neptune in libra-7th.house.my north and south nodes are also both retrograde at 20 degrees 28’. n. node in sag.in 9th house and s. node in gemini in 3rd house. how does mercury retrograde affect someone such as me with the birthday retrograde? would really love to hear your thoughts on this. blessings of love and light to both of you always. carol.

what aspects Merc makes to all your other planets…
you have to look at the entire chart to see the effects of transiting planets, including Merc retro…
FYI…both nodes are always Retrograde – that’s their normal direction…they back up in the chart.
